A global food & beverage group engaged us to explore the fast-growing sports beverage market and define how to stand out in a highly competitive landscape. Our objective was to design an innovation strategy that balances performance credibility with lifestyle appeal—creating products that support hydration, energy, and recovery while remaining emotionally engaging. Using our cross-industry methodology, we drew inspiration from sports, nutrition, and lifestyle brands to design a portfolio of differentiated product concepts with strong positioning, helping the brand establish credibility and desirability in the sports beverage category.
