We benchmarked sustainability practices across energy, mobility, and retail sectors, explored consumer expectations around “green credit,” and designed a strategic sustainability roadmap. This included product innovation (green credit offers), communication strategy, and operational practices. The result was a credible, actionable framework that allowed Cofidis to take measurable steps toward becoming a green finance company, building trust and differentiation with environmentally conscious clients.
